Terms of Use
By installing, accessing, or using STOW, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use STOW.
License to use STOW
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use STOW for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.
Acceptable use
Use STOW only in compliance with applicable laws and the rights of others. Do not use it to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, interfere with its operation, bypass security, or attempt to access systems without authorization.
Your saved content
You are responsible for the content you choose to save and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to save and use it. You retain ownership of your content; saving it with STOW does not transfer ownership to us.
Intellectual property
STOW and its software, design, name, and other materials are owned by their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, these terms do not grant you rights to those materials.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue STOW or any of its features at any time. We do not guarantee that STOW will always be available or that its features will remain unchanged.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, STOW is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that saved content will always be preserved or accessible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or access arising from your use of or inability to use STOW. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using STOW at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your permission to use STOW if you violate these terms or use it unlawfully. When use ends, the license above ends as well; locally stored content may become inaccessible or be removed when you uninstall the extension or clear browser data.
Data Storage & Security
STOW stores the content you choose to save in your browser's local storage. Saved content is not automatically uploaded to a STOW server.
You are responsible for keeping your browser and device secure. Removing browser data or uninstalling the extension may affect access to locally stored items.
For more information about the data STOW stores and how it is handled, read our Privacy Policy.
